Profitability and Mixed Groups
There is a documented link between profitability and companies with mixed group in regard to gender, ethnicity and age. In Sweden, however, many men don't realize that equality leads to increased profits.
A company that does not work actively and conciously with equality matters risks to fall behind regarding company development and negative publicity, which may lead to the loss of market shares and a weakened trade mark.
Do you believe that you and your company can afford not to be equal.

The Seminar
Trade Mark, Competence and Profit! And Equality?
A number of reports in the U.S. as well as in Europe show that the most successful companies are those who focus on competence instead of gender. In Scandinavia, it is obvious that the number of women on top posts decline the higher you rise in the hierarchy of the company or the organization. The situation has grown better, but the sad fact still remains that women fall behind in their careers as well as salarywise. Especially if they stay at home to raise their children for an amount of time.
